The love birds met in Nashville...

They met in a large group of mutual friends last summer. A few weeks later they met for happy hour and ended up talking for 5 hours -- but nothing romantic; just very "friend zone-ish": they talked about their pasts, their ambitions, their futures. Mallory came home and wrote about it in her journal ("...although we'll never date, I'd like to find someone I can talk to for hours, like Jarad") A few months passed and one night in October they texted back and forth while they were out with friends (actually, Mal was on a {failing} first date), and they decided to meet up afterwards. Jarad grabbed Mal and kissed her passionately. Within 2 weeks, Jarad asked Mal to be his girlfriend (what a gentleman, am I right?!) and they've never looked back!
